Inspire Residential is a Brisbane-based renovation and extension company specialising in home renovations, extensions, raise-and-build-under projects, and outdoor living spaces including decks, stairs, and carports.
The business is led by Isaac Racadio, who began his carpentry career over 25 years ago. Throughout that time, Isaac has developed a deep understanding of residential construction — not just from a builder’s perspective, but also from the point of view of homeowners wanting a smooth and well-managed project.
Early in his career, Isaac spent close to a decade working in the United Kingdom, where he specialised in the renovation of Victorian London properties. This work included loft conversions, structural alterations, and detailed renovations of older architectural homes, where precision and problem-solving were critical due to the age and complexity of the buildings.
Our Story
After returning to Australia, Isaac continued working on the tools while expanding his knowledge of the construction industry. In 2014, a site incident involving suspected asbestos exposure prompted him to further his education and gain a deeper understanding of building systems, safety, and project management.
Isaac went on to complete a degree in Construction Management while working in the industry as an estimator with Plantation Homes and later as a site engineer with Hutchinson Builders. These roles provided valuable experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and large-scale construction management.
Following industry changes during COVID in 2020, Isaac returned to hands-on residential construction and established Inspire Residential, combining practical building experience with professional project management.
The Team
Today, Inspire Residential operates with a team of skilled tradesmen, supported by a full-time administrator and full-time estimator. We also work alongside a trusted network of supporting professionals and trades, including electricians, plumbers, plasterers, engineers, building certifiers, and draftspeople, who help us deliver high-quality outcomes across every stage of a project — from design and approvals through to construction and completion.
This structure allows the business to stay organised, communicate clearly with clients, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
