Project Details
The owners of this Chapel Hill residence wanted to embrace the classic Brisbane lifestyle: blurring the lines between the comfort of the indoors and the beauty of the outdoors. We took an aging layout and reimagined it as a cohesive, breezy sanctuary.
The Scope of Work
Architectural Decking: Construction of a full house-length hardwood timber deck, providing a massive footprint for entertaining.
All-Season Engineering: Installation of an insulated panel flyover roof to manage heat, integrated with designer ceiling fans and recessed downlighting.
Internal Reconfiguration: We didn’t just add a deck; we moved the kitchen and living zones to “talk” to the new outdoor space, ensuring the chef is always part of the party.
